ALK consumer to patient brand book

I worked with ALK's Global Content Excellence team to help create the consumer to patient brand book, a global guide supporting teams across 15 countries in applying the brand identity consistently.

My role was to make the content clear, concise, easy to use and simple for everyone to follow.

I use the brand book to mentor and guide other freelance copywriters and designers, helping them understand who we’re speaking to, how to communicate effectively, and how to stay true to the guidelines at all times.
